Kats Wine & Spirits was opened in 1966 next door to the Mayflower Cafe in Downtown Jackson, MS. In the early '70's we moved to the Belhaven Neighborhood and have been here ever since. In August of '07 we moved to our new building at 921 E Fortification St just across from the English Village Shopping Center which includes Basil’s Belhaven and McDade’s Market Belhaven.
